ANYIM Letter: ‘We will resist Anyim’s Tactics’ – APC Publicity Secretary
* Says he is too small to distract Ebonyians

The APC publicity secretary, Ogbuatu Simbab has stated that the party as well as Ebonyians will resist the antics of the former Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Sen. Pius Anyim Pius to destabilize Ebonyi State government.
Hon. Ogbuatu made this known to The Voice while reacting to Anyim’s controversial open letter issued against the Ebonyi State Governor, Engr. David Nweze Umahi.
He revealed that Anyim Pius had never supported the state government right from its inception, but rather, promote violence, disunity and discord among Ebonyians, hence the State will resist him and not be distracted by his ploy to destablise the state as he is too small to achieve that.
Hon Ogbuatu called on the general public to ignore his antics against the state government, as he had never been in support of any administration.
Adding that a man of his caliber, who had attained the position of the senate president and secretary to the federation, had never attracted anything to the state, but rather fans the emblem of discord.
He stated, “Anyim has no moral justification to dress words for the governor, he has no moral justification to cause crisis in Ebonyi State, he has no moral justification to say he his rising a war in Ebonyi”
“Ebonyians have agreed in one accord as a progressive family to resist him, Anyim should not dare us. If Anyim thinks he has what it takes to unseat Governor Umahi, let him come back home and show it.”
“Anyim has no electoral value, if Anyim is capable of winning his polling booth, I will resign my position. How many of Anym’s family are with him?”
“Anyim is making a very big mistake, because at this very point in time, we the entire Ebonyians will resist him. Let him know that he is not god.”
“Since Sam Egwu’s tenure, Anyim has been known as an ingrate. After everything Sam Egwu did for him, Anyim still sponsored Abuja group against him, even with the federal might, Sam Egwu stood and resisted him, that is to tell you how much Ebonyians disliked Anyim Pius.”
“That is how much Ebonyians understood his antics of disunity in Ebonyi State. During Elechi, he did the same thing, but just as my governor has said, this should be his last fight. Getting children from the street to author many things for him is an insult to his personality, an insult to whatever he has attained, because we expect him to come out open and say it rather than people quoting him.”
“The Governor said it was Anyim’s last fight. Yes! The Governor did not make that comment alone, he made it alongside with Ebonyians, he made it alongside with APC. We as a party, we will resist Anyim Pius, let him say whatever he likes, we have the power at the State, we are the largest party in Africa, we are the All Progressive Congress. Let Anyim Pius unleash whatever he thinks he has and we will show him that we are unstoppable and unmovable.”
Describing Anyim Pius as brutish and a saddist who parades himself as god over others, the APC chieftain stated that the former senate president has messed himself up by fighting the government of the day.
He revealed that, “Anyim on several cases, has asked for the removal of many Ivo people, a place of his origin, is that suppose to be so? A lot of things he has done to remove sons and daughters of Ivo from office. If Governor asks him whether these people not his people he will get angry.”
“It is either he does not attend any function or not, but let us tell Anyim that enough is enough for his antics, we are speaking as a party. Anyim is too small to distract the peace we are enjoying in Ebonyi state, Anyim Puis is too small to distract the governance of All Progressive Congress in Ebonyi State, he is too small to tell us it must be his own way, and if not his own way, that there must be war. We will give him war this time around, if he want peace we will give him peace. Let everybody go and tell him that Ebonyi State has been APC filled, we are not joking and we are not mixing words about it.”
“How many Ebonyians are with him or how many of his own family members are with him? Anyim should just simply forget this nonsense, all these concortion he is making in Abuja, come back home and face the reality. He should come back home and show his political muscle.”
“The era of fighting the State government is gone. If he fought Sam Egwu, and Sam Egwu was able to defeat him, Elechi was able to defeat him, is it this time around that he will win? Anyim should be careful of the type of words he releases in the name of granting press conference. Let him be warned, Ebonyians are not cowards”, he stated.
Hon.Ogbuatu therefore called on the President of the federal republic of Nigeria, President Mohammed Buhari, and Security agencies to call Sen. Puis Anyim to order as he intend to destablize the peace and tranquility of State through his antics.
