The Ebonyi State Government has announced that Dr Chuba Okadigbo International Airport, Onueke, Ebonyi State, will commence commercial flight operations on June 13, 2025.
Honourable Commissioner for Aviation and Transport Technology, Ebonyi State, Dr Ngozi Obichukwu, said arrangements has been finalized with United Nigeria Airlines and relevant stakeholders.
We are pleased to announce that Dr Chuba Okadigbo International Airport, Onueke, Ebonyi State, will commence commercial flight operations on June 13, 2025.
She said the United Nigeria Airlines will operate flights on the following routes: Abuja to Ebonyi, Ebonyi to Abuja, Lagos to Ebonyi and Ebonyi to Lagos, and called on all to Book their flight tickets now and enjoy convenient travel to and from Ebonyi State.
Obichukwu appreciated the efforts of the Governor of the State, Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru, in facilitating this development.
