A victim of Stray bullet from the Bullion van Shootout of 7th August, 2020 at Ezzamgbo junction in ohaukwu lga, has cried to well meaning Ebonyians to help him live by contributing to his financial aid.
The young man identified as Ferdinand Ndubuisi Eke, 21years old, from nstulakpa community izhiangbo ohaukwu LGA of Ebonyi state, was hit by a stray bullet when a Bullion Van transporting money from Enugu to abakaliki was attacked by gunmen in a furtile attempt that claimed the lives of 4 police officers and injured many during a shootout.
The Voice Newspaper gathered that Fedinard who was shot while running for safety has been hospitalized for two weeks at the Alex Ekwueme Federal University Teaching Hospital (AE-FUTHA 2) where he is receiving treatment.

However Ferdinand lamented that he has been operated on twice on the same spot where he was shot as the bullet perforated through his spleen and damaged many organs in his body which resulted to several surgical operations.

According to him he was heavily billed on the two surgical operation which he could not meet up to pay the bills.

The upcoming comedian who was seriously passing through severe pains as he could barely speak to the hearing of human, thus he called on the people of Ebonyi state and Nigeria at large for help as the current bill after the two surgical operation at the IC UNIT is 237,000 in addition to the male surgical ward which is about 100,000 bringing it to a sum of 337,000.

When Contacted, Member representing Ebonyi North constituency in the Ebonyi state House of Assembly, Hon. Chinedu Onah, when contacted said that efforts are already been made as all hands are on deck since he was hospitalised to ensure that the bill is raised.

He said that he visited Mr Ferdinand the same week he was hospitalized and he has also been working as​sid​u​ous​ly  to ensure that the hospital bill is raised. He said he has since then been calling on friends and well wishers for help because the issue troubles his heart.

He however assured that he will continue working in his own capacity to ensure that the young man gets the appropriate medical care he deserves until he is fully recovered and discharged.

Ferdinand however prayed that God will bless and replenish all, as they help him in a time like this.
