SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT
Sequel to the recommendation of the State Executive Council (EXCO) on its meeting of 22nd April, 2020 and the State Council on Public Procurement, His Excellency, the Governor of Ebonyi State, Engr. Dr. David Nweze Umahi has approved them boarding/sales of the following unserviceable vehicles/equipment to the interested members of the public:
Consequent upon this, the general public is hereby invited to bid for the unserviceable vehicles/equipment.
Interested members of the public are given between Monday 1st June, 2020 and Monday 15th June, 2020 to forward to the State Bureau on Public Procurement, the following bidding documents:
1) The Vehicle/Equipment Lot No.
2) The amount N they wish to procure the vehicle/equipment.
3) The name/address of the bidder.
4) Phone number.
5) Two passport photographs
Note:
(a) All of these should be in a sealed envelop and submitted to the office of the Executive Secretary, State Council on Public Procurement Cabinet office, Abakaliki.
(b) The sales of these unserviceable vehicles/equipments shall be by open competitive bidding
