One Chinenye Okoro, has allegedly killed her boyfriend Ifeanyi Okoro, aka Nwaogbi, by dragging his penis until he gave up, following a misunderstanding that ensued between them.

What really caused the misunderstanding was not ascertained at the time of fielding this report as the suspect fled the scene of the incident while her mother, Roseline Okoro who witnessed the event was arrested by the police.

The incident happened in Akaeze Community, Ivo local government area of Ebonyi state on March 29, 2020.

The ugly incident has been confirmed by the police public relations officer, Ebonyi command, DSP Loveth Odah.

She said the case was reported to Ivo police division at about 11:40 am by One Rose John ‘f’ in company of one Sunday Ngwoke ‘m.

Odah said the woman told the police that while she was frying garri in her kitchen, Chinenye Okoro ran-across her compound and jumped a fence which got her attention, and she decided to find out what happened in the next neighboring compound.

On getting there she saw Chineye’s boyfriend Ifeanyi Okoro (AKA Nwaogbi) lying motionless on the ground in front of his door post and she rushed to the station to report the matter.

“Following the report the Police detectives quickly mobilized to scene, rushed the victim to Marthama hospital Akaeze, Ivo LGA of the State for medical treatment and he was confirmed dead by medical practitioner on duty. The body was deposited at Izunna Mortuary Services ltd for preservation and Autopsy.

“Investigation revealed that the deceased was a boyfriend to Chinenye Okoro, that the two Lovers had misunderstanding and as result the girlfriend (Chinenye) dragged the deceased penis which allegedly led to his death.

“The suspect Chinenye Okoro fled the scene immediately after the incident, her mother one Roseline Okoro who witnessed the incident was arrested in a bid of escape” according to DSP Odah.

She assured that effort was on to arrest the principal suspect, stating that once the investigation was over, the suspect(s) would be charged to court for prosecution.
