The spiritual head of Soul Revival Outreach, Prophet Iyke Uzukwu has tipped Governor David Umahi of Ebonyi State as the next Senate president of Nigeria.
The prophecy is coming on the heels of widespread endorsements which the Governor has received from reputable persons and institutions across the country.
The Awka based prophet who acknowledged that there were other interests for the position among notable senators from South east, including Orji Uzor Kalu, emphasized that Umahi would floor them all in the race, adding that Umahi is the choice of Ndigbo
The prophet noted that Umahi, by his performance has remained a model for other leaders, insisting that Nigeria need a replication of the Ebonyi experience at the national.
Uzukwu said: “The Ebonyi State Governor, Engr. David Umahi is the choice of Ndigbo, not Orji Uzor Kalu.
“Umahi has positively impacted the life of his State and the people.
“Other Governors are complaining of one thing or the other, but under Umahi, Ebonyi State is working.
“He is the choice of Ndigbo, not Orji Uzor Kalu.
Uzukwu flayed sycophants who trumpet for politicians with questionable characters, stating that the evils of some political leaders would be revealed after their tenures in office.
He urged Anambra State Governor, Charles Soludo to run a friendly and people oriented government like Umahi of Ebonyi State.
