Seven children have been found dead in a vehicle belonging to a woman in the Ja Michael area along Badagry Expressway, behind Area K Police Command in Lagos
A source told our correspondent that the children, all from the North, were returning from Islamic school on Saturday when they went missing.
Four of the children are siblings from the same while the three belong to another family.
According to the source, a search party found the seven children dead in a vehicle belonging to a grandmother known as Saliat Kazeem. who lives alone in the area.
The woman has been detained by the police who said she behaving as a mental patient.
However, the police said they are investigating a case of possible suffocation and not murder.
