Governor Francis Nwifuru of Ebonyi State has submitted 35 Commissioner Nominees, to the State House of Assembly for screening.

The Speaker of the House Hon Moses Ije Odunwa, Tuesday during the first inaugural session of the Assembly announced that the nomination was contained in a Letter written to the Lawmakers by the State Chief Executive, requesting for the screening and possible confirmation of the Nominees.

He listed those named in the list are: “Chief Elechi Elechi, Engr Stanley Lebechi Mbam, Leonard Uguru, Mathew Nwobashi, Professor Omari Omaka, Elijah Okogwu, Professor Nwogo Obasi, Prince Etta Ukah Ude, Hon. Victory Chukwu Uzoma, Jude Chikadibia Okpor, Chidi Onyia, Oguzor Offia Nwali, Aligwe Ann, Professor John Awo Nwobashi, Uchenna Igwe, Dr. Ben Odoh Uruchi, Stanley Ifeanyi Ogbuewu, Dr Donatus Ilang, Mrs. Ngozi Obi Chukwu, Mrs. Chinwe Okah.

Others are “Dr. Moses Ekuma Nnanna, Hon. Richard Idike, Mrs. Felicia Nwa Mkpuma, Chinedu Nkah, Engr Ogbonnaya Abara Obasi, Engr. Francis Ori, Hon. Nkechi Iyioku, Uzo Toochukwu Okoro, Ogbonna Felix Igboke, Ogbonna Okorie, Hon. Valentine Okike, Hon. Inyima Sunday, Hon. Peter Oge Ali, Solomon Azi, Bar. Ikeuwa Omebe”. He said

Hon Odunwa restated that the Nominees have been directed to appear before the Lawmakers on Wednesday 14th June for Screening.
